In Natustria, each phase begins by giving you 12 buildings. Your goal is to place them near resources that your buildings can make use of to maximize your points. Buildings are destroyed after each phase, but they leave behind new resources within a large radius that can be used in the next phase.
Earn enough, and you’ll advance to the next phase, keep going until you reach...  the end?

Natustria was created by me, Amar Civic (aka Ashty), as part of the gmtk 2025 game jam, my first time participating completely solo.
I used Unreal Engine 4.23 because it's the most recent version that still supports HTML5 builds, even though I’m more familiar with newer versions of Unreal.
Working on this project really showed me how far Unreal has come and how many powerful features have been added since! :D

Sorry for the bad visual quality, I had to do A LOT of workarounds with Unreal 4.23 to make it work, otherwise the game would look much better.

I used Icons from flaticon. To speed up the 3D workflow, I used the KayKit Forest Nature Pack, but I still modeled and textured most of the assets myself. I also used music from CozyTunes and Sound Effects from the Free SFX Bundle by kronbits.

It took me around 2 days to finish the game. 1 day programming and bug fixing and 1 day creating assets, music and sound.
